Twin Town

The Lewis brothers live with their parents and sister Adie on a caravan site near Port Talbot and Swansea. They spend their days joking around, taking drugs, and mocking Adie for working at a local massage parlour. This sets up the reckless world of the brothers before the feud begins.

Fatty Lewis falls from a ladder while roofing for Bryn Cartwright. The twins seek workers' compensation, but Bryn refuses, claiming it was a cash arrangement with no legal representation. The rejection fuels their desire for revenge.

In retaliation, the twins gatecrash a local karaoke competition at the Barons nightclub in Swansea and urinate on Bryn's daughter Bonny as she sings. The act is meant to humiliate Bryn and escalate the feud. Bryn vows to retaliate.

Bryn enlists two corrupt police officers, Greyo and Terry Walsh, to help him get revenge on the twins. They plot to disrupt the twins' way of life and keep pressure on them. At one point, a detective helps beat up the twins in a back alley.

The feud escalates as the twins break into Bryn's property and behead the Cartwrights’ poodle. The act demonstrates the depth of their retaliation and Bryn's growing concern.

Terry retaliates by setting fire to the twins' dog kennel with their pet inside. A gas bottle explodes, destroying the Lewis caravan and killing the family inside. The twins are devastated and vow revenge.

In the aftermath, the twins arrange their father Fatty's burial at sea with the help of Bryn's boat and steal their father's hearse at his funeral. A local male voice choir helps honor Fatty with the Welsh language song Myfanwy.

Terry, under pressure, accuses Fatty's co-workers Dai and Chip of destroying the caravan by placing items from the crime scene in their builder's van. Greyo is distressed by the accusation.

The twins come down from the hills and return to Bryn's house, breaking in again and tying him up with washing line rigged to his electric garage door. The act shows their willingness to hurt Bryn directly.

The twins borrow Bryn's boat to leave him unharmed, but Bryn is left tied up as his wife Lucy returns home. She tries to use the gate remote, causing the garage door to lift and hang Bryn, and then discovers their daughter floating in the indoor pool.

The twins fulfill their father's wish by burying him at sea using Bryn's boat, with the coffin draped in the Welsh flag. The local choir, formed from real life male voice groups, sing Myfanwy at the end of Mumbles Pier.

Terry, gagged and bound to the coffin, is lowered into the sea just off the pier head of Mumbles Swansea. The coffin floats for a while as the twins bet on how long it will stay afloat, showing their detachment from the funeral.

The coffin sinks and a few tears are shed by the twins. They question how far the boat will travel and imply they would head to Morocco. The boat is seen heading out to sea as a haunting choir continues to sing on Mumbles Pier.
