Nanda Kishore [Anoop Menon] is a Deputy Superintendent at the Police Crime Branch who leads a quiet, somber life with his wife Gauri [Leona Lishoy] after their only daughter passes away. The weight of grief hangs over their home, and Gauri’s brother Vinay joins them to help shoulder the loss, adding a new dynamic to an already fragile household. The case that pulls them into a harsh spotlight begins when Nanda investigates the death of Anjali [Manasa Radhakrishnan], a biomedical engineer at a bustling city hospital. Anjali’s death is treated as a homicide, and in the days that follow, tragedy compounds when her brother Martin is found dead in the same apartment where she was killed. Nanda, aided by his trusted assistant Sunny [Anu Mohan], begins to sift through the mounting evidence, determined to uncover the truth behind these intertwined deaths.

Early on, Nanda’s attention fixes on Jimmy Cheriyan [Aji John], a notorious entrepreneur with shadowy business dealings who seems connected to the case. As the investigation unfolds, a local goon named Murugan is arrested, though Murugan insists he is innocent and points a finger at another figure: Tony, known as “Tipper Tony,” who has vanished. The DNA recovered at the crime scenes matches Tony, cementing him as a key suspect in both Anjali’s murder and the death of Martin. The narrative tightens as Nanda uncovers a crucial clue: a call made from Tony’s cloned SIM card to a number linked to a grand hotel party on the day Anjali died. The party is connected to John Samuel, the influential hospital owner, where many of the city’s prominent entrepreneurs had gathered.

Seeking more footage from the party, Nanda turns to Nikhil, a staffer trusted by John Samuel, but the search for video evidence hits a wall. Nikhil claims the videographer left by 11 pm, a detail later exposed as a lie. Nanda presses onward and learns that the killer with Tony might be left-handed, evidenced by the manner of the throat slash, which helps him rule out Jimmy as the main suspect. A new lead appears when Nikhil is asked to provide a list of other guests; upon leaving the office, Nikhil’s fingerprints reveal him as a killer, and a follow-up car chase ends with Nikhil’s death in his own vehicle. The tension climbs as a chilling pattern emerges: someone very close to Anjali has a knowledge of her life and a motive to silence her.

A breakthrough comes when Nandan discovers a video on Anjali’s phone in which she cautions her brother Martin that her life is under threat. She has evidence of unauthorised drug trials on children taking place at the hospital, experiments she and journalist Shihab Muhammed [Shankar Ramakrishnan] tried to expose. Shihab dies of a cardiac arrest before he can publish the exposé, and the killers continue to close in. Anjali leaves a message for Martin urging him to publish the materials. Tragically, she is killed the same day by Nikhil and Tony, though the critical documents remain elusive. Martin is killed the following day as he searches for the files, confounding the investigators and sealing Anjali’s fear into a deadly reality.

Nandan, still haunted by the death of his daughter in the same hospital, becomes more determined to bring John Samuel to account for the alleged drug trials and the murders, but the evidentiary trail evaporates from the Superintendent of Police’s office, leaving him with a sense of both betrayal and duty. A new thread emerges when the police trace an old Contessa car that had appeared in the crime share, a vehicle associated with a man who arranged wreaths in a distinctive pattern on Anjali’s grave—wreaths made from Anjali’s favorite flowers. The car the police recover is tied to Vinay, and investigators eventually learn that Anjali was Vinay’s girlfriend. The revelation that Vinay had antidepressants prescribed, with the same medications found near Nikhil’s body, raises questions about motive and complicity. Vinay is arrested, and John Samuel’s police protection is temporarily lifted as authorities reassess the threat.

Just when it seems the net might close around John Samuel, events take a grim turn. John arrives at the airport after returning from abroad, and a sinister twist unfolds: John’s security team disappears as the supposed killer is suspected to have been dealt with. A shocking development follows when John is found murdered, his throat slashed, by the same Contessa-wielding killer whose identity had been teased earlier—Martin. The gritty truth reveals a shocking reversal: Martin is not dead after all. He had been presumed dead, but Tony had attacked Martin while he hunted for the files, and Martin subsequently killed Tony, burning his body to cover his tracks. A priest—who is both Anjali’s and Martin’s uncle—identifies the burned remains as Tony’s, debunking Jimmy’s misguided belief that Martin bore a metal rod from a U.S. accident and aligning the killers’ chain with the labyrinthine web of deception that began with Anjali’s warnings.

In a final, cryptic turn, Nandan chooses to withhold certain revelations, choosing a path of cautious restraint. Sunny then reports that the Contessa car has been found in Tamil Nadu, though the driver’s face remains unclear, leaving the door open for reopening the case to capture its elusive driver, whom the police suspect to be Tony. The story closes on a note of unresolved pursuit: the police are poised to reopen the case and pursue the driver behind those deadly campaigns, with the evidence pointing toward Tony but the truth still flirting with darkness, waiting to be uncovered by those who refuse to forget Anjali’s warning and the sacrifices made in the name of justice.
