Aruvipurathu Jose, alias Turbo Jose, a jeep driver from Idukki with a habit of getting into fights, Mammootty learns that his best friend Jerry, a bank manager in Chennai, Shabareesh Varma was attacked by henchmen sent by the family of his girlfriend Indulekha, Anjana Jayaprakash, who also works as a bank manager at a different bank. Jose arrives at Indulekha’s house, stops her engagement, and escorts Indulekha to Jerry’s house. However, Jerry refuses to accept Indulekha due to fear of his family, and Indulekha goes to Chennai for her job.
Jose learns that Indulekha’s family has filed a case against him, so he leaves for Chennai and persuades her to return home. Yet, Jose decides to stay in Chennai after learning that he could be imprisoned. On Jose’s request, Indulekha helps him find a job with Andrew, Dileesh Pothan, a wealthy car dealer, and Jose works as Andrew’s bodyguard. Jose manages to reunite Indulekha with her family.
Meanwhile, Jerry discovers that an anonymous person from the bank used his passkey to transfer a huge sum to inactive accounts linked to other people. He begins investigating with Sithara and soon uncovers the real mastermind: Vetrivel Shanmugha Sundaram, a ruthless and charismatic kingmaker who has been manipulating the banking system to bribe MLAs and sway loyalties. Vetrivel’s main bank account sits in Indulekha’s bank, and he tries to warn Indulekha, but she doesn’t listen due to her strained history with Jerry. Vetrivel learns that Jerry has learned about his scam and kills Jerry; the autopsy later labels it a suicide.
Indulekha complains to the police, but they are on Vetrivel’s payroll and try to kill her. Jose rescues Indulekha, and a cat-and-mouse game ensues, with help from Auto Billa, Andrew, and Dilli Babu, as they protect their family—Rosakutty [Bindu Panicker] and Niranjana [Niranjana Anoop]. Together they expose Vetrivel’s scam, and Jose kills Vetrivel using a fish-slicing machine at Vetrivel’s fishery. In a post-credits scene, Jose, Indulekha, Rosakutty, and Niranjana return to Idukki, where they receive a parcel containing Andrew’s severed head and a letter from Vincent, Vetrivel’s business partner, who vows to wage war against Jose.
