Touching consists of flickering solid‑color frames intercut with positive and negative stills of a man—at times slicing his own tongue with glitter‑covered scissors and receiving glitter‑stained fingernail scratches across his face. Rapidly alternating stills show eye surgery and a couple in the midst of intercourse. A continuous loop of the word “destroy” runs as the film’s soundtrack.
