Madhusudhan Rao, a wealthy and powerful tycoon, has a wife named Rohini who is benevolent and caring. Madhusudhan faces mental instability after an accident, which creates tension within the household. Rohini struggles to maintain order amid her husband's condition and external threats.

Dasu, Rohini's sly brother, devises a plan to take control and seeks revenge. He imprisons Rohini's children and manipulates situations to weaken the family. Dasu's malicious intent creates turmoil and endangers the family's unity and safety.

Dasu lures the elder son-in-law Sagar using a prostitute named Vasantha and exploits the daughter's emotional vulnerabilities. He also influences the other children to turn against their family, consolidating his power and spreading chaos within the household.

Jalarakshasudu abducts Madhusudhan Rao to find the hidden evidence, risking his life. Balu intervenes and fights to stop the villains, successfully rescuing Madhusudhan Rao and ensuring his safety from bloodthirsty enemies.
