Two elite thieves clash when one frames the other for a heist. The suave pro lives quietly, listening to jazz and caring for his sick dog, Wally, while the rival, a local gangster who craves luxury, moves to eliminate the competition. Their feud sparks a battle with crews, as a mob boss and a female cop race to restore order before chaos spreads.
