Set in 1943 Venice, Renato Braschi leads a band of partisans who launch a series of independent sabotage and terrorist actions against the occupying fascist forces. While the National Liberation Committee advises restraint, Renato persists, risking his own life and those of his comrades to pursue his radical vision for liberation.
