Three Palestinian refugees, bound by loss and a fragile hope for a better future, hide inside a truck’s tank as they try to cross into Kuwait, the promised land. The film faithfully adapts Ghassan Kanafani’s novel Men Under the Sun and stands as one of the Arab movies to portray the Palestinian predicament, showing stark, unflinching realism.
