Their lead takes them to Wonderland Weather, a company that artificially creates heat or rain with a special machine. They discover two dead men in teddy bear suits and realize a secret organization is disguising itself among the staff. One of the teddy bears looks exactly like Peel, suggesting a cloning plot.

Steed arrives just in time to thwart the teddy-bear group as Peel’s double attempts to attack. The Peel doppelgänger leaps from a roof and disappears, confirming the presence of a clone. Peel’s safety depends on solving who is behind the deception.

Back at Wynter's mansion, mechanical bees attack the corridors, forcing their escape. An elderly Ministry agent named Alice helps them slip away, but Wynter drugs and hypnotizes Peel. The weather plot tightens as Peel falls under his control.

Peel attempts to escape but finds the mansion floor shifting constantly, trapping her in a deadly maze. She smashes through a wall in a desperate bid for freedom. Steed locates Peel unconscious and carries her to safety.

Back at Steed's apartment, Peel wakes to find herself fired by Steed, reflecting the strain in their partnership. The confrontation heightens tensions within The Ministry as the crisis deepens. Peel’s future with Steed and the mission hangs in the balance.

Peel is arrested by Father while Steed visits Invisible Jones to interpret a map found at Wonderland Weather. The investigation shifts from direct confrontations to deciphering insider information. The map hints at a broader conspiracy tied to cloning and the weather scheme.

Father and the Peel clone force Peel into a hot air balloon, where she regains consciousness and escapes during a snowstorm. The balloon collides with the Wonderland Weather sign, killing Father and the clone. Peel survives, having thwarted the immediate threat.

Jones tracks Wynter’s weather-control base to a secret island, and Peel and Steed set out to stop him. Peel defuses the Prospero device just as a hurricane forms over London, averting catastrophe. Steed duels Wynter and defeats him when a lightning strike disintegrates the villain.

The base self-destructs, but Steed and Peel escape. They rendezvous with Mother on the roof of a building and share a kiss, sealing their renewed partnership. The crisis ends with the world’s weather stabilizing as The Ministry takes stock after the crisis.
