In a Los Angeles hotel, several couples grapple with the complexities of romance. Jack and Jill's relationship hits a rough patch thanks to the interference of Steve. Paul and Karen experience a period of disconnection in their marriage, while Jimmy from Mars and Steph from Venus find commitment difficult. Nicole's understanding of love is tested by the erratic behavior of Charlie. Amidst a flurry of advice, both helpful and misguided, the characters must determine what is real and what is a deceptive appearance.
