Roccia leads a fierce group of gladiators who ally with the patrician Glaucus Valerius in a daring plot to overthrow the despotic Emperor Nero and his cruel henchman Tigelinus, aiming to install Servius Galba as the rightful ruler. Amid the brutal clash they mourn the loss of their mentor Resius, and brave a perilous mission to save his niece Lidia from a death‑by‑cross.
