Upon entering her apartment, Ms. Daigle finds that her friend Ann is missing, leaving behind only a note explaining her departure. This unsettling discovery adds to the eerie atmosphere of the building as she begins to worry about her own safety.

As Ms. Daigle tends to Brad, a resident with a disability, she faces an alarming episode when he starts yelling and clutching a bunch of keys tightly. This strange behavior compels her to investigate what is troubling him, hinting at the mysteries within their building.
