Mr. Kirwood Krinkle, owner of the rival cereal brand, orchestrates a plot through his inside man, Harry. They aim to steal the coveted formula for themselves, revealing their malicious intentions as they prepare to act.

In a misguided attempt to acquire the formula, Krinkle's crew mistakenly kidnaps Richard Schuyler, believing he holds the key to the strength-enhancing cereal. They take him to Chinatown, where he faces psychological manipulation.

After extracting information through hypnosis, Schuyler, still under their influence, unwittingly commandeers a police vehicle. This unexpected action leads to a chaotic high-speed chase and ultimately lands him in jail.

In a desperate attempt to gain strength, Krinkle samples the formula himself. Unfortunately, he discovers that without Dexter's participation, the cereal offers him no superhuman abilities, leading to a painful hand injury instead.

Realizing the urgency of the moment, Dexter races to retrieve the formula after learning about Krinkle's plans. He commandeers the Dean’s classic car, determined to turn the tides in their favor.
