Tsurugi, disguised as a Buddhist monk, confronts the condemned killer Tateki Shikenbaru. He uses his oxygen coma punch to topple Shikenbaru just as the execution is about to proceed. The abortive execution triggers a chain of events that propels the conflict forward.

Shikenbaru is being transported to the hospital after the collapse. Tsurugi and his sidekick Rakuda ambush the ambulance and free him, disrupting the medical transport. The rescue escalates Tsurugi's vendetta and shows the reach of his intervention.

As Shikenbaru's fate becomes a topic on the news, his brother Gijun and sister Nachi arrive to plead for more time to pay Tsurugi. Tsurugi refuses their plea and attacks them, intensifying the feud. The televised confrontation foreshadows deeper violence.

During the altercation, Tsurugi dodges Gijun's flying kick, sending him out a window to his death. The lethal timing underscores Tsurugi's brutal efficiency. The scene seals the fate of one of the siblings and heightens the stakes for all involved.

Nachi is sold into sexual slavery through Renzo Mutaguchi as retribution for her family's feud with Tsurugi. This atrocity expands the criminal network and raises the stakes for Tsurugi's mission. The event adds a personal dimension to the violence surrounding him.

Mutaguchi and his associates attempt to hire Tsurugi to kidnap Sarai, but Tsurugi declines after learning the gangsters are part of the Yakuza and Hong Kong mafia. He escapes, but the criminals vow to eliminate him and secure Sarai anyway. The encounter signals the start of the larger manhunt.

Tsurugi arrives at the Seibukan dojo and captures Sarai, then issues a brutal challenge to the entire rank-and-file. He mauls the students, forcing Masaoka to step in and fight him to a standstill. The encounter reveals Masaoka's recognition of Tsurugi's lineage.

Masaoka engages Tsurugi in combat and, through their clash, realizes he is the half-Chinese son of a karate master he once knew who was executed. The recognition adds a layer of history and tension to their duel. The revelation foreshadows the alliance that may form to protect Sarai.

After the recognition, Masaoka agrees to protect Sarai despite her protests. He commits to standing against the yakuza and their Hong Kong allies, creating a reluctant alliance with Tsurugi. The dojo becomes the scene of a fragile, if uneasy, pact.

Meanwhile, Dinsau, the Hong Kong Triad boss, recruits Shikenbaru to avenge his siblings by killing Tsurugi. The plan expands the international criminal effort against Tsurugi. The recruitment ties the Hong Kong syndicate to the ongoing violence.

The gangsters make several attempts to kill Tsurugi before they successfully kidnap Sarai. Tsurugi and his allies race to stop them, but Sarai is taken in the ensuing chaos. The abduction raises the stakes for the final rescue.

Tsurugi manages to free Sarai but is himself captured in the process. Rakuda betrays the trap by revealing Sarai's location to save his partner, sparking a rift between the two friends. The betrayal deepens Tsurugi's isolation as the chase continues.

In a brutal confrontation, Rakuda is killed by a blind samurai working for the Hong Kong gangsters, sacrificed in an attempt to redeem himself. Tsurugi watches the moment, unleashing his anger and focusing on the mission ahead. The death marks a personal turning point for Tsurugi.

Tsurugi tracks the gangsters to a shipyard and fights his way through their guards. Dinsau allows a final duel with Shikenbaru, and Nachi sacrifices herself to give Tsurugi a free shot, which finally robs Shikenbaru of his voice by ripping out his vocal cords. Tsurugi defeats Shikenbaru, though he is critically wounded.

Critically wounded, Tsurugi is helped to his feet by Sarai and Dinsau in the final shot. Sarai's presence and Dinsau's aid hint at an uneasy peace after the bloodshed. The movie closes on a somber note of survival and unresolved vengeance.
