Scott Calvin, now eight years into his role as Santa Claus, feels that he has settled into the iconic position. However, he is soon confronted with an unexpected challenge that could jeopardize his title.

Scott is presented with a serious ultimatum by Bernard and Curtis: he must marry before the next Christmas Eve to keep his position. This unexpected requirement adds personal pressure to Scott as he navigates his responsibilities as Santa.

As the situation escalates, Scott finds himself without magic and captured by Toy Santa. However, Charlie and Carol come to their aid, leading to a climactic battle to reclaim the North Pole from the clutches of the rogue Toy Santa.

With teamwork from Carol, Charlie, and Curtis, they battle the toy soldiers and succeed in defeating Toy Santa, shrinking him down in size. This victory restores order at the North Pole and reestablishes Scott's position as Santa.
