The Sandlot: Heading Home

In 2004, baseball superstar Tommy 'Santa' Santorelli is knocked out by a wild pitch from a fireworks display. He wakes up 28 years in the past as his 13-year-old self in 1976, disoriented but determined to understand what happened. The abrupt transition launches a surreal mission to rewrite his future.

Tommy tries to tell his mother Sara that he's from the future and that time travel is real. She responds with concern and curiosity, agreeing to seek medical advice. Their conversation sets the emotional stakes for what follows.
