The Prophecy: Forsaken

The film opens in the catacombs of Constantine's church, where the Lexicon—the final book of God's prophecy that writes itself—first emerges. Constantine realizes the Lexicon's dangerous power and writes its prophecies with growing urgency. He keels over from a heart attack, leaving Allison to safeguard the book from dark forces.

In the Bucharest streets, a young girl named Maria drops her ball and is guided toward danger by Lucifer's ambiguous whisper. She is run over by a vehicle, and Allison witnesses the tragedy from nearby. The girl tells Allison she has a message for her, but cannot deliver it yet.

Dylan stands at the entrance to Allison's building, where Stark explains a hired job to kill Allison. Dylan tries to shoot himself to avoid more killing, but Stark revives him and pushes him to take the assignment. The deal marks Dylan's reluctant return to violence.

Dylan breaks into Allison's home and abducts her, sparking a struggle between loyalty and survival. Stark arrives moments later, tears the place apart, and discovers the Lexicon, only to find that the book is a decoy bound with magazine articles. He realizes Allison's danger and the real Lexicon remains hidden elsewhere.

Dylan takes Allison to Gabriella's house to obtain a wig, perfume, and iron pills that alter the taste and scent of her blood. The angels hunt by smell and taste, so the tricks help them slip past pursuers. The two manage a narrow escape, and Dylan explains the angel hierarchy to her.

Allison visits Lucifer to learn why the Lexicon will name the Antichrist soon. He clarifies Heaven's laws against killing and the trouble of stopping Armageddon, while noting he won't intervene directly. Lucifer's stance leaves Allison to decide whether to act on faith or defy divine orders.

After leaving Lucifer, two angels wait to seize Allison. She slips away and reaches a funeral procession for Maria, which ends at an old church—the safe ground where she can hide from the pursuing seraphim. The angels lose track amid the crowd.

Stark tortures Dylan to extract Allison from the church, insisting that the job must be finished. Dylan remains torn between his loyalty and a chance to end his torment by saving Allison, but the pressure mounts as dawn approaches.

Allison is captured by Stark and brought before him, who argues that finding and killing the Antichrist early could avert the apocalypse. She resists, insisting she follows God's will rather than Heaven's fiat, and Stark threatens her life if she remains defiant. The confrontation marks a turning point in who will control the Lexicon's power.

Lucifer appears again to help Allison reason through what has happened. He expresses indifference to Armageddon's outcome but notes it would flood Heaven with human souls. Despite his stance, he acknowledges the gravity of Allison's mission and the stakes of the Lexicon.

A mysterious voice urges Allison to fight back after a brutal confrontation with a homeless man in the park. She turns the assault, and the pursuit leads back toward the Lexicon's hiding place, as Dylan and Stark close in. The looming confrontation heightens the sense of impending doom.

Allison infiltrates the abandoned house to seize the Lexicon as it completes the name of the Antichrist: Mykael Paun. On the rooftop, Stark corners her and reveals that Allison is a nephilim, bred to protect the Lexicon. Dylan shoots Allison, causing the Lexicon’s pages to scatter across Bucharest; her nephilim healing saves her, and the final page lands at Mykael Paun's feet, revealing the Antichrist.
