In rural Comfort, Texas, the Protestant Horizon Bible Church runs a summer camp for teens. A storm forecast forces the buses to leave early, but rising winds swell the river, trapping the vehicles and making everyone flee on foot in panic. TV crews see floodwaters surge as a misrouted bus leaves children and staff scrambling up trees, clinging briefly.
