Following the horrific news of Jorge's fate, retired hitman Holland is reluctantly drawn back into a violent world. He is haunted by accounts of Molloch's victims worldwide, understanding the urgency of taking action against this menace.

To embark on his mission, Holland adopts a new identity, pretending to be a family man on vacation. He is joined by Jorge's widow, Rhiana, and her daughter, Sarah, as they set sail for Guatemala, unaware of the dangers ahead.

Upon reaching Guatemala, Holland and Rhiana meet Max Ortiz, a trusted ally who introduces them to a notorious cockfighting ring frequented by Molloch. This meeting sets the stage for their dangerous venture into Molloch's territory.

While navigating the local scene, Holland senses that they are being followed. A seemingly disabled figure trails them, prompting Holland to remain vigilant as they continue their mission.

Max leads Holland and Rhiana to Molloch's heavily fortified compound. This visit becomes crucial for Holland as he meticulously surveys the security, preparing for the confrontation that lies ahead.

As Holland and Rhiana gather intelligence in town, a local thug harasses her. Holland's protective instincts kick in, and he violently confronts the thug, capturing the attention of Molloch's henchmen.

Holland and Rhiana devise a clever trap to ensnare one of Molloch’s henchmen by pretending to be thrill-seekers. They lure him to their hotel room, where Holland executes the elimination with precision.

In a bold move to draw Molloch out, Holland kidnaps his sister, Claire. He only succeeds after hiding under her bed and cunningly capturing her henchman, creating chaos that allows their escape.

After the chaotic kidnapping, Holland takes Claire and Rhiana to Max's ranch for refuge. As plans to eliminate Molloch are formed, danger lurks closer than Holland realizes, with Max's safety in jeopardy.

Molloch’s henchmen capture Max, leading to his brutal interrogation and the revelation of Holland's location. This betrayal propels Holland into a frantic escape with Claire and Rhiana.

Molloch's bribes lead to hitmen being dispatched by the US ambassador, turning the chase into a deadly shootout. Although they manage to vanquish the hitmen, Claire tragically succumbs to her captivity.

Holland and Rhiana commandeer a farmer's truck to escape relentless pursuers, eventually reaching the village of Magdalena. Here, they are offered brief solace by a kind cafe owner.

Just as they begin to catch their breath, the ambassador and a merciless gunman confront them. Holland responds with ruthless skill, neutralizing both before ultimately tracking down Molloch.

In an epic showdown at an abandoned mine, Holland uses a recording of Sarah’s voice to outmaneuver Molloch. The enraged miners, wronged by Molloch before, turn against him, leading to his swift end.

With the chaos finally behind them, Holland, Rhiana, and Sarah make their way back to the safety of Holland's island sanctuary in the Cayman Islands. Their harrowing ordeal comes to a close, marking a new beginning.
