The Devil’s Hand

Rick Turner experiences nightly visions of a woman in a negligee dancing in the clouds, which disturb his peace. These visions appear recurring and seem to have a strong emotional impact on him. His waking hours are increasingly consumed by these mysterious and unsettling images.

One night, overwhelmed by his visions, Rick goes for a walk and is mysteriously drawn to a doll shop. Inside, he finds a doll in the window that precisely resembles the woman from his visions, shocking him with its uncanny likeness. This marks the beginning of his connection to the dolls and the shop.

Rick and his girlfriend Donna visit the doll shop the next day, where the owner, Frank Lamont, surprisingly recognizes Rick and claims he ordered the Bianca doll, a likeness of the woman in Rick's visions. Frank's knowledge and insistence create a mysterious and unsettling atmosphere.

Donna spots a doll resembling herself in the shop. Frank refuses to sell it, and as they leave, he takes the doll into a back room with ritualistic items like curtains, open-flame lamps, and an altar. Rick notices Frank stabbing the doll with a pin, causing Donna to collapse in pain.

Rick rushes Donna to the hospital after her collapse. A doctor diagnoses her with a 'spasm of the heart' and advises complete bed rest. Rick is troubled but believes Donna will recover with time, unsure of the connection to the doll shop events.

Rick decides to deliver the Bianca doll to the real Bianca, believing it will put an end to his visions. At Bianca's luxurious apartment, she explains that his visions are a form of thought projection learned through the cult of Gamba, and they begin to explore her connection to the cult.

Bianca takes Rick to a cult meeting held in the back room of the doll shop, where Frank is the High Executioner. During the gathering, a human sacrifice is performed using a rubber knife, and a photo is secretly taken, indicating the cult's rituals are deadly and secretive.

The cult conducts a human sacrifice, where a woman lies on an altar while a spinning wheel of knives lowers. The rubber knives ensure her survival, and the event is watched closely by cult members, one of whom secretly documents the ritual through a photo.

Rick notices a doll resembling Donna, pinned through the heart with a pin, in the doll shop. He informs Donna and believes she will be cured at midnight. Meanwhile, cult nurse Mary reports Donna's sudden recovery to Bianca, showing the dolls' sinister influence.

At midnight, the cult targets a covert photographer who had documented their rituals. They burn a doll representing him, causing his car to crash in flames. This demonstrates the dolls' power to harm through their cult connections.

During the 12:30 am cult meeting, Frank tests Rick's loyalty by making him spin a wheel. Rick tries to save Donna, who is brought in as a sacrificial victim, and in the chaos, the altercation turns deadly for Frank, who is crushed by a falling wheel. The room catches fire, forcing the survivors to escape.

Rick and Donna manage to escape the burning building and drive away, believing they are safe. However, Bianca appears among the clouds, smiling and suggesting that Rick's perception is still under her control, implying the cycle of influence and danger continues beyond what was visibly seen.
