Thanasis is an honest tax clerk who finds himself unable to meet his family’s basic needs. Despite his integrity, he feels increasingly helpless as bills pile up. Consequently, his wife takes a job in a factory to support them, leaving the household under pressure and his presence largely unnoticed.
