After Kagato’s defeat, peace returns. Ryouko discovers Mihoshi and Sasami leafing through a shoujo manga, which Sasami believes to be a handbook for winning a boy’s heart. Inspired, Ryouko applies the tips to attract Tenchi, while Aeka catches on and tries the same tricks. Their meddling leads to comically unsatisfying results for everyone involved.
