Five masked robbers pull off a $10 million heist at a Las Vegas casino. The plan spirals out of control as chaos erupts and most of the crew is captured. The money vanishes, and the surviving partner is shot in the head and left for dead.

Ten years after the heist, Cole, the former leader, is broken out of prison by his old crew—Stillman, Boyd, and Kane. They have learned from a boastful mechanic that their partner may still be alive and possibly escaped with the loot thanks to a local physician. They set out toward Baker to follow the rumor and uncover what happened to the money.

Fresh from the breakout, they head to Baker to follow the rumor about the loot. They hope the town's physician can explain what happened to the money and who survived.

They locate Doc, Baker's enigmatic physician, who becomes their link to the truth. Through him and the locals they piece together that the sheriff arrived in town a decade ago under suspicious circumstances.

The gang stages a bar fight to draw out the sheriff; the confrontation reveals the man they face is Bishop, the vanished partner turned town boss. Bishop claims migraines from a bullet lodged in his skull and taunts the crew with fragments of memory.

As the encounter unfolds, Bishop's past slowly surfaces: he is the missing partner and now leads a biker gang in town. He asserts authority, claims to be haunted by his past, and deflects questions about the money.

Back in Baker, tension grows as Boyd and Kane push for a violent spree, while Stillman resists, sensing the plan might collapse. The crew's dynamic fractures under the town's mounting pressure.

London, Bishop's step-daughter, becomes central to the town's turmoil, with Carmen, her mother, revealing her past with Cole. The revelation deepens loyalty and conflict as old relationships resurface.

Kane rapes London after a tense moment, escalating the town's fracture and pushing people toward a breaking point. The violence sets in motion a chain of confrontations that will test loyalties.

A separate clash in the diner ends with Bishop's quick reflexes and a dangerous standoff with Boyd; Stillman watches as the town slides further into violence.

To rally the town and recapture the missing money, Cole uses his influence to recruit the biker gang and publicly highlight Bishop's criminal past. He delivers a hard deadline: Baker has until sunrise to locate the loot.

Cole takes London hostage to pressure Bishop. Carmen reveals she knew Bishop's past all along and still trusted him, improvising a hidden pistol and passing it to Bishop to defend himself.

Kane uses London as a human shield, provoking the town to withdraw support from Cole as the biker gang departs. Cole shoots Kane in a final impulsive move, and Bishop confronts Cole in a fateful duel that ends with Bishop killing Cole and shifting Baker's balance of power.

With Cole dead, Baker rallies around Bishop, embracing him as the new authority and trying to forget the violent past. The final aerial shot reveals the hidden stash of money still buried in town, a quiet reminder that secrets outlive the betrayals.
