SI James kidnaps and kills a girl named Indu, with Betty as the sole witness who reveals James's involvement. James is released on bail, and he tortures Betty, setting a dangerous vendetta in motion that will haunt the present as well.

Betty is tortured by James, and Jacob kills James in anger to protect her. The act marks a turning point that accelerates Charlie and Appachan's conflicts and feeds into the wider cycle of violence that threads through the story.

Jacob confesses everything to Charlie, who then steals 35 million from Appachan's company. Simon's cell is found to contain marijuana, and Jacob begins digging a tunnel from the toilet through the drainage system. He recruits Devassy, Ramu and two twin inmates who switch sides after learning they were falsely accused. A new inmate arrived on a molestation charge adds tension and risk to the plan.

Udayan, a rival from earlier conflicts, arrives in the cell to foil the escape. Jacob has to outmaneuver him, leveraging threats and quiet diplomacy to keep the plan on track while the escape horizon narrows.

At night, Jacob, Simon, Devassy, Udayan, Ramu and the twins begin their escape through the tunnel. Jacob defeats Udayan in a tense fight inside the tunnel, and the group escapes by plunging into a river as police start chasing them; one twin is struck by a police jeep during the pursuit.

Jacob helps Betty escape from the hospital after the breakout, sealing their chance at freedom. Devassy and Ramu head toward West Bengal, while Simon's gang sails toward Australia with the twins; Charlie, now settled there, completes the circle of connections that binds the story. The escape marks a fragile new beginning for all of them.
