Jagruthi Foundation is founded by a royal dynasty in Ananthapur and grows to include schools, hospitals, and welfare homes. Narayana Rao holds the trust and the foundation’s power is central to the plot. The antagonist Vikram Sarkar is shown as a malicious force eyeing the foundation’s assets, threatening its mission.

Sarkar contends with the foundation and tries to wile and squat it to build a factory. He leverages a loophole created by the absence of original documents. A professional goon named Beeku is hired to carry out violent actions if needed.

To counter Sarkar’s encroachment, Narayana Rao files a judiciary case promising to produce the rightful heir and the necessary documents within a month. He seeks legal protection and accountability for the foundation’s assets. The case marks the formal start of the heir hunt.

Narayana Rao uncovers their whereabouts and reveals that Sarkar and his associate Beeku have moved beyond India to the United Kingdom. The pursuit expands from courts to international space as the stakes rise. The search heightens the tension between justice and crime.

Raja Rao, the third-generation keeper of the documents, enters to aid public welfare but dies in a road accident before the documents can be recovered. The vital papers disappear with his death, deepening the mystery surrounding the foundation’s heirs. The loss fuels the urgency of finding Rajan, the actual heir.

Balu is a hot-tempered taxi driver in Hyderabad who disdains horns and also bonds with an orphan boy he finds in his car trunk. He names the boy Rajan and gradually forms a small, loving family with his own drunken father. The discovery sets the central personal stakes for the rest of the story.

Beeku abducts Rajan, intending to cut off the rightful heir from the path of justice. The abduction shifts the chase from the city to Odisha as Balu and allies scramble to reunite with Rajan. Narayana Rao confirms Rajan is the actual heir and reveals Sarkar’s murderous past.

Narayana Rao joins forces with Balu and the latter’s father to pursue Rajan’s return and the recovery of the documents. Along the way, they are joined by two musicians, Seenayya and Shivayya, who offer a ride and help in the journey. The group bonds as they chase essential evidence across regions.

Balu had previously captured Sridevi to assist in tracing Rajan, and she reenters the story with evolving feelings for Balu. The mix of romance and duty strengthens the resolve to protect Rajan and expose Sarkar’s crimes. The trio of Balu, Sridevi, and Rajan grows closer as events unfold.

After a tense chase, Balu, Sridevi, and the musicians reach Ananthapur and manage to rescue Rajan from Beeku. They bring Rajan and Sridevi to a place where they can approach the court, marking the move toward official proceedings. The group faces Beeku and his men in this critical moment.

Back in the courtroom, Sarkar uses intimidation by showing Balu’s danger to force Rajan into lying. The pressure tests Rajan’s resolve and honesty under duress. Balu arrives just in time to support Rajan and contest Sarkar’s tactics.

Rajan reveals Sarkar’s crimes in court after the tension peaks, leading to Sarkar’s arrest. The hidden documents are found in Rajan’s Iron Man toy, proving Sarkar’s misdeeds beyond doubt. Sridevi’s earlier actions culminate in justice finally being served.

In a decisive confrontation, Sridevi shoots Sarkar at point-blank range, ensuring his defeat. The government honors her with a gold medal she had dreamed of, symbolizing justice and reward for her bravery. The scene closes with the villains subdued and the path cleared for happiness.

In the aftermath, Balu and Sridevi marry in a ceremony attended by their parents. The film ends on a note of familial reunion, with the hero and heroine starting a new life after the turmoil. Their marriage seals the triumph of truth and love.
