Things take a dark turn during a chaotic celebration for Jerry, a fellow resident, when Hurricane Jane's birthday party spirals out of control. In response, Alicia, the warden, resorts to drastic measures to "downwardly manage" Jerry's powers, leading to a tragic outcome—his demise just weeks later. This raises questions about the administration's methods and intentions.
