65 million years ago, a catastrophic meteorite struck Earth, leading to a monumental shift in space-time. This event created two parallel dimensions, one of which became home to evolved dinosaurs, giving rise to the unique humanoid civilization of Dinohattan.

In 1973, a peculiar egg is discovered at an orphanage in Brooklyn, leading to the birth of a tiny human girl named Daisy. This moment sets into motion a chain of events that will intertwine her fate with that of the Mario brothers.

Fast forward twenty years, and we find the Mario brothers, Mario and Luigi, struggling to make a living as plumbers in Brooklyn. Their business faces severe challenges from the ruthless construction mogul, Anthony Scapelli.

Amidst their turmoil, Luigi encounters Daisy, a passionate NYU archaeology student intent on unearthing dinosaur fossils. Their meeting becomes pivotal when a sabotage from Scapelli's henchmen threatens to change their lives forever.

In a bid to rescue Daisy, the Mario brothers stumble upon an ancient portal. This gateway unexpectedly transports them to the vibrant and chaotic city of Dinohattan, launching them into a bewildering adventure filled with challenges.

Once in Dinohattan, Daisy uncovers her royal lineage as a descendant of the realm's lost rulers. She learns that her mother had fled with her to Brooklyn, forever altering their destinies when the portal sealed behind them.

As the brothers navigate the peculiar landscape of Dinohattan, they lose the vital meteorite fragment they need to unite the worlds. This critical piece is snatched away by Big Bertha, the fierce bouncer at the Boom-Boom Bar.

In their perilous quest, Mario and Luigi receive unexpected help from Toad, a formerly gentle guitarist transformed into a Goomba. Together, they devise a plan to confront King Koopa and rescue Daisy and the other captured girls.

Meanwhile, King Koopa, fueled by jealousy and ambition, schemes against Daisy and consolidates power with her ancient rock. His girlfriend Lena's plots, however, backfire, leading to her own transformation into stone.

In Brooklyn, Mario cleverly outwits Koopa's henchmen, transforming Scapelli into a primate to assist in his plan for takeover. Using a magical mushroom, Mario protects himself from devolution as he strategizes against Koopa.

Luigi and Daisy reclaim the precious meteorite fragment, reestablishing the connection between their worlds. Armed with advanced technology, the Mario brothers confront Koopa in an epic battle that decides Dinohattan's fate.

After their hard-fought victory, Koopa is transformed into a grotesque creature, reflecting his true nature. With Daisy's father regaining the throne, the citizens of Dinohattan celebrate their newfound freedom.

With emotions running high, Daisy decides to stay in Dinohattan, bidding a heartfelt farewell to Luigi. She opens a portal, allowing Mario to return home, marking a bittersweet end to their adventure.

Three weeks post-victory, the Mario brothers are celebrated as heroes in Brooklyn. Daisy surprises them with an ambitious proposal for another adventure, igniting excitement for untold possibilities ahead.
