Four friends set out on a carefree road trip, stopping at pubs and catching waves. As the group relaxes, tension erupts between quiet Sandy and the brash, womanizing Boo, who flirts with a teenage girl they meet. The girl's unstable father tracks Boo down, seeking revenge, forcing Boo to face the consequences of his reckless behavior.
