Evil always finds a way. Cassidy, the band's lead singer, lives with boyfriend and guitarist Neal and records her silent anguish in a private journal. Convinced Neal no longer loves her, she despairingly commits suicide, witnessed by Neal. Three months later, the remaining members—Dora, Donny, Victor and Neal—consult psychic Dr. Meso, unsure whether to finish their album. Cassidy’s spirit then possesses the doctor, addresses the group, especially Neal, and reveals four Death tarot cards, signaling a dark supernatural retaliation.
