A seductive woman manipulates both a traveling bank examiner and the manager she is married to, exploiting her expensive tastes to squander her husband’s fortunes. Her reckless spending leaves him penniless, and she then pursues the unsuspecting examiner, who remains unaware of her marriage, deepening a tangled web of deception.
