Five-year-old Salvo witnessed his father Vincenzo's arrest, a traumatic event that shaped his childhood. Seven years later, living a quiet life with his uncles and cousin in Turin, Salvo’s world is disrupted when Vincenzo reappears and takes him for four days. Vincenzo, involved in transporting a sensitive package to Bari, brings Salvo along, believing the boy’s presence could be a diversion if they encounter law enforcement. However, there's more to Vincenzo's motives than just insurance; the journey offers him a chance at redemption and a renewed connection with his son.
