Bond meets his new Korean teacher, Kim Mei Chiu, who recently moved to Hong Kong to start over after a breakup in Korea. Their bond starts as friendship and gradually blossoms into something more, even as cultural and social obstacles test them. The romance colors his training and ambitions.
