The Spiker is a massive pink‑eyed albino with near‑superhuman stamina. After escaping from an asylum, he returns to the small town he once terrorized, where he slashed victims with railroad spikes and buried the bodies beneath the tracks. When a group of local teens camps in an abandoned house, they are hunted by the deranged killer and uncover the town’s hidden, terrible secrets.
