While Loki was enjoying a tropical vacation, he received a message from Odin, commanding him to resume the hunt for the mask, as its presence was causing too much chaos in the world. Back in Fringe City, Tim tried on the mask during a Halloween party at his studio, transforming into a vibrant party animal with the ability to manipulate reality. As the festivities began to dwindle, Tim used his newfound powers to create an unforgettable rendition of “Can’t Take My Eyes Off You,” reawakening the party spirit and inspiring his boss, Daniel Moss (Traylor Howard), to develop an exciting new cartoon concept.
