Varek leads a four-werewolf motorcycle pack in a pursuit to locate Timothy. They arrive in the small town of Huguenot, closing in on his location. The hunter’s caravan marks the beginning of a violent confrontation.

Varek confronts Nana and the 'good' werewolves in a gunfight that spills into the town. In the chaos, Nana sacrifices herself to allow Timothy and others to escape. The battle also results in the death of Adam's father, intensifying the stakes.

Zo is killed after being trapped and dropped from a height. Sonya launches an assault on Rachel and Timothy but is shot by Timothy; Rachel finishes Sonya off. Timothy's quick reflexes and courage become critical to their survival.

Varek again tries to kill Timothy but is stopped by Jonas. In a frenzy of blood, Jonas drains Varek's arm and knocks him unconscious, but then attacks Timothy and is shot dead by Rachel. The balance of power shifts as Rachel steps in to protect Timothy.

Varek bites Timothy, and as the clock chimes midnight, he is knocked to the ground. Timothy and Rachel watch as Varek wakes to reveal he has transformed back into Caleb, proving that Timothy's blood is the cure. The revelation redefines their fight and hope for the future.
