Krishna and Sona drive home from a night party on the desolate East Coast Road near Chennai and accidentally strike a young woman, Nandhini. They decide to leave the scene and drive away, haunted by what they've done. The incident marks the start of a chilling sequence of consequences.

Soon after the crash, Krishna notices a mysterious shadow appearing on the pictures he takes with his camera. He also begins to suffer shoulder and neck pains that seem linked to the incident. The phenomenon unsettles him more than any ordinary bad photo would.

Krishna and Sona decide to investigate the ghostly images and the odd pains haunting him. They gather clues about the shadow and its potential link to the dead girl. The couple's search becomes a joint haunting investigation.
