An explosive drama erupts when seven dangerous men and a lone woman survive a plane crash and wash up on a primitive island ruled only by the reclusive Mr. Taylor and his servant Ping. The mismatched survivors must set aside rivalries, learn to cooperate, and persuade Taylor to lend them his boat so they can return to the mainland.
