Srimannarayana is introduced as a university lecturer in Hyderabad who lives with his grandmother. He is known for his strong sense of justice and physical altercations with lawbreakers, which earn him respect and fear among his peers. His personality sets the tone for his role as a protector and fighter against injustice.

While fighting a goon who threatened a girl with acid, Srimannarayana inadvertently punches a man who had been in a 28-year coma. This man, Veerakesavudu, awakens from a long state of unconsciousness and begins to play a role in the unfolding conflict. The event introduces the potential for past and present clashes.

Janaki joins Srimannarayana’s college, initially perceiving him as rowdy but later developing feelings for him after understanding his true personality. She reveals her troubled past involving her family’s rivalry with Gopi, a gangster, and her father Jagadish Prasad's efforts to protect her from threats.

Gopi, the gangster and son of Veerakesavudu, retaliates against Janaki's family by kidnapping her after a wedding confrontation where her brother was killed. Srimannarayana vows to protect Janaki after this attack and takes her into his care to ensure her safety.

Srimannarayana rescues Janaki from Gopi’s henchmen during a car chase. They return home, but are confronted by more goons. Jagadish arrives to help but accidentally stabs Srimannarayana’s grandmother, escalating the conflict and forcing Jagadish to leave with Janaki.

Srimannarayana learns about his family's history in Bobbili, where his father Narasimha fought against Veerakesavudu's tyranny. Narasimha was ultimately killed by Veerakesavudu, who was then killed in revenge by Narasimha just before his death, leaving Veerakesavudu in a coma for 28 years.

The story of Narasimha's fight against Veerakesavudu’s oppressive rule is revealed to Srimannarayana, motivating him to take revenge. He is deeply inspired to end Veerakesavudu’s reign of terror, understanding the reasons behind his family’s vendetta.

Fueled by his family’s legacy, Srimannarayana decides to confront Veerakesavudu. He heads to Bobbili with the aim of ending Veerakesavudu’s criminal activities, determined to bring justice to his family’s name and the oppressed townsfolk.

Srimannarayana fights and kills Veerakesavudu, Gopi, and their henchmen, fulfilling his father’s unfinished mission. His actions end the terror in Bobbili, and he restores peace by eliminating the villains who once held the town hostage.

Through his actions, Srimannarayana avenges his family’s honor and frees Bobbili from the tyrannical rule of Veerakesavudu’s family. The townspeople’s wish for peace is fulfilled, and Srimannarayana completes his journey of justice and family legacy.
