In a parallel story, we meet Janice, portrayed by Ara Mina, who has recently moved into a new condominium with her husband Benjie, played by Ogie Alcasid, their son Paul, and their maid, Wilma Doesnt. Janice finds an unsettling aquarium left by previous tenants, and her suspicions are heightened when she encounters a mysterious old lady warning her against touching it. Although her husband and son show curiosity, Janice remains on edge.
One fateful night, while taking a bath, Janice is alarmed by the sight of a monstrous hand reaching from the shadows. Following this bizarre incident, she discovers goldfish appearing inexplicably in the toilet. The old lady resurfaces to reinforce her ominous warning. As Janice observes a leak in the ceiling and finds the aquarium filled with goldfish, her unease grows.
That night, water from the ceiling drips down onto Janice as she dreams. Investigating the noise, she finds Paul surrounded by dead goldfish and screams in terror. Benjie calls for Alex, the plumber, to address the incessant leak. As Alex works, he faces bizarre phenomena, where seaweeds emerge from the aquarium, leading to a deadly encounter that leaves him drowned.
Simultaneously, a monstrous hand targets Paul in the bathtub, culminating in a frantic attempt by Janice to save her child. The arrival of the police proves futile as they inform Janice and Benjie that no one has lived in the unit for years. When the ghost of the old lady asserts her presence, Paul reveals the tragic fate of her and her son in the aquarium, which fuels Janice’s resolve to eliminate the source of their terror.
In a desperate showdown, Janice takes a rubber mallet to destroy the haunted aquarium. However, as she enlists Aciana to help by removing the ominous mask from their unit, she unwittingly releases its malevolence, resulting in Aciana becoming possessed. With chaos ensuing and water flooding Paul's room, Janice struggles against the formidable Aciana while attempting to rescue her son from the clutches of the horrifying creature.
Benjie races against time to save his family as he discovers a route to Paul's room through the vent. He ultimately destroys the aquarium, opening a portal that exorcises both the water and the terror it harbored. In the aftermath, Janice, Benjie, and Paul unite, seeking to heal from the scars of their harrowing experiences.

Despite warnings from a villager turned slave to the community, the couple attempts to escape only to be ambushed. After fiercely defending themselves and ultimately defeating the aswang leader, they emerge from the village, hopefully free from the dark secrets that lurked within.
