Scarecrow Gone Wild

Sam, a freshman on the baseball team, endures hazing from upperclassmen as part of the team's initiation. Desperate to secure a college scholarship, he accepts help from his friend Jack, who provides a blood sample to conceal Sam’s diabetes and keep him on the roster. The risky act foreshadows the dark consequences that follow.

Three weeks pass and the story jumps to a fragile sense of normalcy. Jack and his new girlfriend, one of the survivors, are preparing to pick up the coach for a red-eye flight. Meanwhile Sam and Mike are getting ready to attend a sorority party, hinting at a mix of romance and danger.

Sam abruptly escalates, murdering Mike and the coach. He then chases Jack and his girlfriend into a chapel, setting up the final confrontation. The line between ally and enemy has blurred completely.

In the chapel, the fight intensifies as the Scarecrow reveals a chilling new power—electrical currents. In a shocking twist, Jack somehow becomes the Scarecrow and pursues revenge. He impales himself on a cross, ending the nightmare.
