Santa with Muscles

Elizabeth (Aria Curzon) writes a letter to Santa explaining that the citizens of Lakeville have fled because of the scheming Ebner Frost who wants to buy the orphanage. Ebner Frost, with his henchmen, pressures Mr. Rini into selling his shoe store to strengthen his grip on Lakeville. Rini relents, and the threat to the orphanage escalates as the last targets are lined up. The event shows how Frost widens his control ahead of his planned purchase.

Blake Thorn, a conceited millionaire, is targeted by police after speeding. He escapes into a mall where a Santa costume becomes his disguise as he hides from the chase. The sequence triggers his reluctant involvement in holiday heroics.

An alley elf named Lenny robs the drunken mall Santa Blake, only to realize the jackpot when he sees Blake's ID. Blake regains his senses and is forced to play along as Santa to avoid arrest. The misunderstanding kicks off Blake's accidental Santa transformation.

As Mall Santa, Blake confronts two crooks who steal money intended for the orphanage. He battles them and receives applause from the long line of shoppers. A photo of the orphanage inspires him to visit the kids.

Blake visits the orphanage and meets Leslie and the three remaining children: Taylor, Sarah, and Elizabeth. His news interview labels him Santa with Muscles, boosting his unexpected popularity. The kids reveal a hidden underground vault hinting at a bigger mystery.

Lenny admits he owes money to Frost and Dr. Blight, and Frost orders him to remove Santa from the orphanage without realizing Santa is Blake. The power struggle deepens as the orphanage faces another threat while Blake becomes the community's protector.

Blight and Vial attack the orphanage; Blake defends the children with the help of Lenny and Leslie. They fend off the assault, keeping the kids safe. The attack raises the stakes and confirms Blake's commitment to the orphanage.

Taylor heads to Ebner Frost's mansion to confront him, but Blake intercepts and brings Taylor back to the orphanage with Lenny's help. Blake and the kids realize there is a vault beneath the building. The group begins preparing for the larger reveal.

Blake deciphers the fourth combination number and opens the underground vault under the orphanage, revealing geode-like magical crystals. Lenny stays upstairs with the kids while Blake investigates the mysterious power. The crystals become the crucial tool for the final defense.

The next morning Blake fends off another attack from Frost's henchmen, but a decorated Santa pushes him from the scene and he lands on a garbage truck. He wakes up in his mansion and rallies his staff to fight back against Frost. They speed through the town as police pursue, eventually facing rocket-equipped patrol cars that end up destroying Hinkley's car.

Blake rescues the kids and Leslie (and Clayton) and defeats Frost and his henchmen. Frost is arrested, but the overload from the crystals destroys the orphanage, forcing Blake to take responsibility for a rebuilt home. Frost's compound becomes the new orphanage, run by Blake, and more orphans join.

The film closes with the villains in prison doing hard labor while Blake's new orphanage thrives. The children watch Frost and his henchmen through a telescope, hopeful for the future. The final image confirms Blake's transformation from celebrity Santa to guardian of the orphans.
