After stealing a Mercedes they find a bag with ₹1 crore and decide to keep it. Ganpat refurbishes the car, but a buyer recognizes it and alerts gangster Fauzdaar. Guru is captured, forced to return the cash, while Ganpat, injured, loses his memory, all as a meteor threatens the city.
