Guru, a fish‑obsessed Mumbai thief, steals cars and delivers them to his garage‑owner friend Ganpat, who resells them through associate Sharafat. After stealing a Mercedes they find a bag with ₹1 crore and decide to keep it. Ganpat refurbishes the car, but a buyer recognizes it and alerts gangster Fauzdaar.
