Seiya, Hyōga and Shun visit Saori and meet Eri, an orphan who befriends Hyōga. Entranced by a shooting star, Eri wanders into the woods, discovers a golden apple and is possessed by Eris, the Goddess of Discord. Eris kidnaps Athena to drain her power and revive herself. Bronze Saints pursue her to a temple, battling Ghost Saints Maya and Orpheus.
