Ajar is a Dusty cobra belittled by Oasis elites. Tired of the label loser, he disguises himself as a green snake to enter the Oasis and pursue Eva. He is brave, resourceful and capable of earning loyalty from Pitt and Gary.

Eva is a smart green snake who hides her true identity by posing as a Dusty. She befriends Ajar and falls in love, choosing to help free her fellow snakes from Omar. She proves resilient, quick thinking and compassionate under danger.

Omar is a cunning snake charmer who captures snakes for his own purposes. He uses manipulation and hypnotic tricks with his flute to control others. His rivalry with Ajar and Eva drives much of the conflict.

Pitt is Ajar’s loyal scorpion friend who joins the quest. He provides practical help and moments of courage and humor while proving fearless when needed. His bond with Ajar and Gary strengthens the group through danger.
