Raja arranges for Gauri to give birth in a respected hospital, but a terrible accident lands him in need of significant medical funds. Gauri, eager to protect her husband and repay his devotion, approaches her wealthy father, not as his daughter but as the wife of a man who has sacrificed much for her. Her actions reveal both her loyalty and her desperation to secure a better life for her family.

As the pregnancy progresses, the couple faces a cascade of misfortunes.
