Return from Witch Mountain

A mysterious flying saucer departs from Witch Mountain and lands in Los Angeles. Teenagers Tony and Tia Malone, along with their guardian Uncle Bene, arrive at the bustling stadium, marking the start of their vacation.

Tony utilizes his telekinesis to navigate over the secure front gate, but Uncle Bene advises Tia to simply unlock it. He emphasizes the importance of conserving their powers, urging them to enjoy their time in the city.

The siblings are picked up by Eddie, a self-absorbed taxi driver whose reckless driving contrasts with his claims of a flawless safety record. Despite the wild ride, Tony and Tia find enjoyment as they cruise through the vibrant streets of Los Angeles.

In a secluded alley, Doctor Victor Gannon reveals a mind-control device to his accomplice Sickle, who fears heights. Under the influence of Gannon's device, Sickle ascends to a rooftop, marking the beginning of Gannon's sinister intentions.

While Eddie steps away to refuel the cab, Tony experiences a disturbing premonition. Concerned for his safety, he asks Tia to stay with the taxi while he investigates the source of his unsettling vision.

Despite Tia’s instincts, she arrives too late and witnesses Gannon and his accomplices abducting Tony. With Eddie still absent, Tia realizes she must take action and embark on a frantic search across the city to find her brother.

During her search, Tia encounters a group of boys escaping a rough gang. They introduce themselves as the Earthquake Gang, and Tia showcases her telekinetic powers to fend off their pursuers, solidifying her connection with her new peers.

Tia spends a night at the Earthquake Gang's hideout, a decrepit attic, where she taps into her connection with Tony. This bond grants her a vision that leads her toward a dark void, hinting at her brother’s predicament.

Tony awakens bound in Gannon's laboratory, where Gannon eagerly prepares to demonstrate his mind-control device. As Gannon dismisses Letha's concerns about their operation, he proceeds to dose Tony again to ensure compliance.

Letha plans to exploit Tony's powers during a heist at a local museum showcasing gold bars. As Tia continues to try to reach her brother, she lies awake in their hideout, desperate for a connection to him.

Gannon's plan escalates to a confrontation at a local plutonium plant, where he intends to leverage a disaster for profit. Tia and the Earthquake Gang, now working together, race against time to save Tony from Gannon's clutches.

With their powers reunited, Tia and Tony confront Gannon and Letha, successfully thwarting their plans. They use their extraordinary abilities to send the villains into the waiting arms of the authorities, ensuring safety for themselves and the city.

Having triumphed over their adversaries, Tia and Tony reunite with Uncle Bene, cherishing their adventurous holiday filled with supernatural challenges. As they prepare to head home, Tony suggests an exciting new vacation plan that involves surfing.
