Paari, now a hardened enforcer, engineers a daring prison break and assumes the identity of a laughter‑therapist to reach Black Island, where Rukmini has taken refuge. There he learns that the island’s ruling Mirasu family—first Rajavel and now his son Michael—have been oppressing the locals with brutal gladiatorial games and a death‑trap crocodile pit. A centuries‑old prophecy foretells that a boy born on a moonless night, marked with a trident, will end their tyranny; the islanders eventually recognise the birthmark on Paari’s belly and realize he is that very saviour.

Armed with the hidden “Goldfish” weapons shipment he had concealed years earlier, Paari turns the tables on the tyrants. He defeats Michael in the arena, rescues Rukmini from Thilagan’s grasp, and rallies the villagers, who seize the weapons and launch a coordinated counter‑attack. When Rajavel’s men storm the island, they are met not with fear but with villagers brandishing rocket launchers and, most strikingly, with bursts of laughter—signalling the end of the regime’s grip on joy.

With the Mirasu patriarch committing suicide and the mercenaries forced to retreat, Paari reunites the captive islanders with their families and finally allows himself to smile. Rukmini, moved by his transformation, forgives him and the two are married, Paari’s face finally lit by genuine happiness. Even Thilagan and Michael submit to the new order, while the corrupt minister Dharman is exposed for his arms‑smuggling, ending his political ambitions. In the film’s closing moments, Paari’s dharmic purpose shifts from violent enforcement to protecting his people, sealing his destiny as the true liberator of Black Island.
