Travis’s friend, Jared, reveals he received an invitation for a group sex encounter involving him, Travis, and Billy Ray. Excited about the prospect, they decide to borrow Travis's parents' car and venture into the countryside.

On their way, the boys unexpectedly collide with Sheriff Wynan, who is secretly engaged in a homosexual relationship in his car. Terrified of being discovered, the boys quickly flee the scene.

Upon reaching the woman's trailer, they are coaxed into drinking beer, which is later revealed to be drugged. They soon fall unconscious, setting the stage for a horrific turn of events.

Jared awakens to find himself imprisoned in a covered cage within the Five Points sanctuary. Abin Cooper begins a hate-filled sermon, revealing the sinister nature of the church's activities.

In a shocking act of violence, Cooper binds another captured homosexual to a cross and executes him in front of his followers. This horrifying display exposes the church's role in the recent hate crimes.

As the chaos unfolds, a teenage cult member named Cheyenne desperately attempts to escape. Her tragic fate ends in her brutal shooting alongside Jared, compounding the horrors of the day.

As the absurdity of their situation is revealed, the supposed sounds of trumpets signaling the rapture turn out to be a prank by local marijuana farmers. This highlights the irrationality surrounding the events.
