An American girl embarks on a quest to create a documentary that will unravel the mystery surrounding her mother, who took the lives of three clergy members. Despite her actions, she was deemed insane and transferred to a mental hospital in Vatican City instead of facing trial. To gain a deeper understanding of her mother’s plight, she hires a cameraman and travels to attend a seminar on exorcism in the heart of Vatican City.

During their journey, she encounters several priests who put forth a shocking theory: her mother’s condition may not stem from medical issues but might instead be linked to demonic possession. The girl witnesses an actual exorcism performed by the priests, which they capture on camera. This experience prompts the priests and the documentary crew to take a bold step— they decide to perform an exorcism on her mother to determine the truth behind the demonic claims.

As the ritual unfolds, they discover that her mother is infested with the spirits of at least four demons. Amidst the chaos of the exorcism, a peculiar phenomenon occurs—a transference of a demon from one body to another. Unfortunately, this harrowing process leads to catastrophic outcomes; three individuals become possessed and meet grim fates shortly thereafter.
